The move is finally official as Green Energy Contracting, LLC. showcases a new office at 1305 Highway 90 West in Holt, FL. After relocating from Florala, AL almost two years ago, the vision of president Patrick Davis comes to fruition in a 5,356 square foot facility. The move was birthed out of the necessity to be in proximity to the majority of active and ongoing contracts, company developments, as well as government prospects. Green Energy Contracting (GEC) is now positioned for bigger, better, and greater. As he leads the company, Davis hopes to impact the commercial, industrial, and residential landscape of the panhandle workforce and overall economy. We are looking at exponential growth amongst our four divisions of land development, civil contracting, landscaping, and home construction. The two latest divisions in landscaping and home construction will set Green Energy in the running to become a leading employer in the panhandle.
The new office is strategically located in Holt, FL next to the industry partner, Anderson Columbia. The GEC facility was designed by Crestview neighbor, Westerra Development, Inc. along with Seaside Engineering and Surveying, LLC. (SEAS) in a traditional farmhouse frame. The new facility will house the administrative team of engineers, contractors, estimators, project managers, and draftsmen.
Under the commanding mantra of Let’s Go to Work, Davis and his growing team of over 100 employees are on a mission. Armed with a new initiative rooted in the latest engineering research, fortified with tested and trusted processes, and executed by industry professionals—our goal is to guarantee solutions our clients can trust. GEC charges Let’s Get Started with services in demolition, land clearing, and mass grading. If technical services are required, GEC charges Let’s Get Technical with services in underground utilities, storm drainage, sanitary sewer installation, potable water distributions systems, mechanical and electrical excavation.
